PRIZE(s): One (1) winner will be award the Grand Prize; a Larson Speed boa & trailor valued at $20,000.

REGISTRATION: Register at the 2008 Tulsa Boat, Sport and Travel Show from January 28 – February 3, 2008.

GIVEAWAY: Drawing will be held on Monday, February 4, 2008. Winner’s name will be broadcast at 7:20am on simultaneously on 97.5 KMOD and 106.1 KQLL radio stations.

  1. Qualifications in this contest are non-transferable. The aforementioned prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  2. Finalists must be 18 years of age or older or have written consent from a legal guardian, be a citizen of the United States and a resident of Oklahoma.
  3. The winner must provide social security number and must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release; otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
  4. Employees and immediate families of the Tulsa Boat, Sport & Travel Show, Clear Channel Radio, Inc., Rex Public Relations and other participating sponsors are ineligible.
  • One qualifier per household, please. 
  • Finalists may not have won any prizes thirty (30) days prior to this contest and/or promotion on any Clear Channel Tulsa radio station (KIZS, KMOD, KTBT, KQLL, and KTBZ-AM) in order to be eligible for a prize.
  • Finalists may not participate in any contest and/or promotion conducted by a Clear Channel Tulsa radio station for thirty (30) days after participation in this contest and/or promotion.  If the prize exceeds $100 or more in value, only one winner per family or household may win within a thirty (30) day time period.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release Clear Channel Radio, Inc., the Tulsa Boat, Sport & Travel Show, Rex Public Relations, Ugly John’s Custom Boats & RVs, Larson Boats and all affiliates and agencies from any and all liability for injuries and damages sustained in connection with the use of the prize or while participating in the contest.
  • Winner must consent to the use of his/her name and/or likeness without compensation for advertising purposes in connection with this promotion.
  • Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, license tag, excise tax, registering prize with the State of Oklahoma and any other expense associated with winning the prize.
  • Final decisions will be the sole responsibility of the Tulsa Boat, Sport & Travel Show, Rex Public Relations and Clear Channel Radio, Inc.
